At Catalina Crunch, we want you to love every bite, but due to the perishable nature of our snacks, we cannot accept physical returns. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact our support team within 30 days of purchase for a resolution.

  Attach photos of the packaging and the product batch number found on the back of the bag to help us improve our quality control.

  Receive Resolution

  Once reviewed, we will issue a replacement or a refund to your original payment method; there is no need to mail the product back to us.
